User Experience / Interaction Designer

We are looking for an experienced user experience/interaction designer to join the young team located in Frankfurt. The person should be someone inspirational, with a deep understanding of the design process and with the drive to embed design thinking into the DNA of the company.

Additionally the person should have solid practical experience in the design methodology, as well as UI technologies and be able to set the bar for quality and strategic thinking in order to drive the development of Original1 On-Demand and SmartEye.

A good balance of interaction design, design research, design strategy, usability, visual design and the ability to manage ongoing design and development projects is a prerequisite. Having had touch points with the Chinese culture and/or experience in working with Chinese colleagues is a plus.
