Our customers can now independently authenticate their products, follow the entire supply chain and provide product information for mobile devices. The system is based on a central product database combined with a web application such as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that provides complete services around serialization, authentication and Track & Trace. Secure access worldwide via various devices such as cell phones, personal computers or industrial scanners. Brand manufacturers or suppliers can include their business partners and end consumers in the simple-to-use authentication workflow. This enables the quick and easy creation of a cost-effective control and information chain.

The technical heart of the solution is a globally available web application, the Administration Center, and the Trusted Item Repository (TIR), a central product database. Original1 On-Demand consists of several functionalities ranging from Product Serialization with randomized serial numbers to Content Management for publishing product content on mobile devices or the smartphone apps SmartEye and SmartEye Pro.
