Original1 operates an around the clock ticketing system for support requests. Fault reports are processed on workdays (i.e. Monday to Friday except national holidays and public holidays in the state of Hessen) during normal business hours from 9 h to 17 h.

Data security – our specialty
Your data is safe, of course. Sensitive information is only transmitted via the Internet as encrypted data (SSL, 128 bits). The export and import function for production data (master data, EPC, EPCIS events) is secured via a VPN (Virtual Private Network). To prevent possible abuse of EPCs, they are encrypted using SHA-256 for storage in our database.
